For example, we obtain our meat from the local and sustainable butcher "Schultes" and from the "Bichlbauer" in Leogang, milk and dairy products from the "Pinzgauer Milch" in Maishofen and mushrooms & mushroom are obtained seasonally fresh from the surrounding forests by hard-working collectors.
We are also very proud to be able to offer our guests freshly caught fish from the Zeller See during the summer months.
