Freundlich eingerichtete, ca. 80 m2 große NICHTRAUCHER-Wohnung für 2 bis 4 Personen, bestehend aus:

- 2 Schlafzimmer (1x mit Doppelbett. 1x mit 2 Einzelbetten) - Großes Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Fernseher und Kabel-TV

- Küche: Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Ceranfeld + Backrohr, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Esstisch und 4 Stühle

- Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC - 1 WC extra
- Großer, südseitiger Balkon
- 1 Parkplatz vor dem Haus

- W-LAN vorhanden und inklusive
Lage des Hauses: ca. 2 bis 4 Gehminuten zum Stadtzentrum, zur Zeller Bergbahn

(CityXpress), zu Hallenbad + Eishalle, ca. 5 Gehminuten zum See. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.

Der Preis beträgt pro Person + Nächtigung € 45,- zuzüglich € 2,55 Nächtigungsabgabe & Mobilitätskarte, Endreinigung € 100,-. Im Preis inbegriffen sind Bettwäsche, sowie Hand- und Badetücher (Wechsel erfolgt wöchentlich).
