Vacation apartment / apartment Kaprun House Rudolf for 2-6 pers. on 70m2 is located in a top location of Kaprun (Salzburgerland), right between the castle Kaprun and the family mountain Maiskogel. In 5 minutes walk you can reach the town center with many possibilities for a cozy evening and many good restaurants. Glacier Kitzsteinhorn, Mooserboden reservoir in Kaprun and the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See can be reached shortly and are included in the summer card Zell am See-Kaprun (inclusive).

We are Ruud (Rudolf), Suzanne, Luuk and Jessie van Santen, a Dutch family who originally wanted to go to Kaprun for a year. Already after 6 months we had the wish to stay longer, looked for a house and this became House Rudolf. Now, 18 years later, we are still enthusiastic about the beautiful mountains, the imposing nature and the many opportunities that Kaprun and the surrounding area (Salzburgerland and National Park Hohe Tauern) offer us, both in winter and summer.

Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun cable car: At the very top of the glacier you will find snow even in midsummer. Enjoy a wonderful view and visit the summit world at 3000m altitude!

MK Maiskogel cable car: directly from the centre of the village. Our tip: Maiskogel Alm Ranch (Heli's Hut) and Glocknerblick! Attention: At the very top you can continue with the new gondola 3 K-connection to the glacier Kitzsteinhorn (reduction bonus partner)

mountain reservoirs Kaprun: Experience the impressive reservoirs at 2,000m and see how "clean" electricity is generated from 160 million m³ of water.

Sigmund-Thun-Klamm Kaprun: Over wooden bridges you walk along the narrow rock faces. The thunderous white water of the Kapruner Ache is a fascinating natural spectacle that you should not miss!
