Our central but quiet and sunny location enables you to reach the center with its shops, restaurants and pubs in only 8 min by foot, the lake and public bath in 10 min, and the CityXpress cable car in 5 min, toboggun-run in front of us, great view to the Schmittenhöhe from our house.

SKISLOPE DIRECTLY TO THE HOUSE, the CityXpress cable car is reachable by skis from here! Ski bus stopp 150 m far (to the Schmittenhöhe), 5 min to the swiming hall with sauna, skating hall and bowling.
In summer central location for all excursions, trips and hikes.

All apartments are furnished comfortably, and each has a balcony. Internet access with WLAN (for free). Pets are allowed on request, free parking directly in front of our house, rest-cure meadow .
