Welcome to the Haus Grünwald

Our beautiful house is located in the Schmittental in the middle between the cable car valley station and the pedestrian zone. The valley stations of the Schmittenhöhe- / and Sonnenalmbahn are only about 600m or 2 ski bus stations away. There are also 2 ski bus stations or approx. 800m to the Cityexpress and the city centre. In good snow conditions you can ski almost directly in front of the house. The ski bus stop is only about 30m away from the house.

This beautiful apartment was completed in winter 2003. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a living/dining kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a couch set (can be used as a sofa bed), dining table and a complete fitted kitchen with refrigerator-freezer, stove with ceramic hob and dishwasher. One bedroom and the kitchen-living room are equipped with a television. The apartment is designed for 4 persons, but thanks to the sofa bed it can also be occupied by max. 6 persons.
