WHAT GOES ON THE HANDMADE PLATES
Junior chef Flo, the young, wild culinary artist in the restaurant in Zell am See, has turned his passion into his profession. He experiments with different taste components and conjures up extraordinary culinary delights, which are served on handmade plates from the forest workshop. Flo's kitchen is product-loving and reduced to the essentials. The classic basis with old, traditional influences, such as fermenting food or marinating in oil or vinegar, meets clever new interpretations of modern cuisine. Flo's unmistakable signature refines every classic. We attach great importance to barrier-free enjoyment with meat-free dishes, a special children's menu and dishes for food allergy sufferers.
REGIONALITY FROM MORNING TO NIGHT
Eat well in Zell am See - but only with the best ingredients. A good basic product, preferably from the region and refined by international influences, is the basis for culinary highlights. We obtain many products, such as meat, milk, cheese and whey, from our partner, the farm shop Augut. We bake the bread for the restaurant on the Schmitten ourselves, grow many vegetables and preserve them for the winter, and produce some drinks such as teas, juices, essences and fermented brewed drinks (Kombucha). At breakfast for hotel guests and dinner for guests and restaurant customers, the best of the region awaits you à la carte.
